Non-English Dialogue Recording Day

Recently we decided that our library was lacking in non-english dialogue. Not only do our mixers constantly need them on the stage, our editors in their day to day editorial also noticed we could use them. We took a whole day recording everyone around the office and it was a bunch of fun to act out the long list of ideas we had. We hope you enjoy the funny faces we made!

Announcing the Newest Boom Box Library: Babies & Kids

We are extremely proud to announce the release of our newest Boom Box Library: Babies & Kids! And we’re celebrating with a site-wide sale.

We asked which libraries you needed the most, and you answered with walla for babies and kids! Now here it is: the Babies & Kids sound effects library contains a variety of recorded baby and kid vocalizations from children ages six months, three years old, and five years old.

Creating Alien Vocals

This week, we brought the entire team together to record alien walla (otherwise known as group vocals) for an upcoming season premiere episode.  Jeff is the real performer in the group, but after seeing how much fun he had at the mic, the rest of us were game to jump into the spotlight, too.  Check out this fun video montage of our raw performances!
